Bottom Fishing Trips
AKA Rock fish and Ling Cod
This can be some of the funnest and fastest action fishing in the bay and ocean. Especially when a Ling Cod decides that what you are reeling in is bait. These aren't the largest or the hardest fighting of the oceans bounty but they are some of the tastiest fish and one of the most consistent biters. One of the nice things about this trip is that if you are prone to seasickness or the bar is closed we can fish successfully in the bay.
Our bottom fishing trips are $150 per person and we can fish up to 6 people. However, on mixed trips I will only fish up to 4 people. These are bay or near shore trips, within ~2 miles of the coast and are about 6 hours in duration. As with all our trips this is not only fishing but will be a learning experience that will provide you with the basic experience to pursue these fish if you should desire. Group rates are available. We can add crabbing to this trip for $35 a person. This is an all inclusive trip that includes all gear, tackle and bait. Fish processing is available back at the dock for a reasonable additional price. A deposit of $50 per person is required to hold a reservation.
Cancellations made 14 days prior to trip date can be rescheduled or request a deposit return. Cancellations made within 14 days of the booked trip can be rescheduled, during the same season, but deposits will be forfeited if accommodations to reschedule cannot be reached. We can and will do everything within our capabilities to get your trip rescheduled. We understand that things happen in life and we will work with you to get you on a trip, however, we cannot reschedule currently booked clients to accomodate a reschedule. If we are able to fill your cancelled reservation a full refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to cancel a trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or unsafe conditions. At that time we will be happy to reschedule your trip or refund your deposit.
