What to bring

License and tags

You need to purchase the appropriate license and tags for the trip.  If we are fishing for Salmon or Halibut you need to have a valid fishing license and the harvest tag.  If you are crabbing you need a shellfish license.  We will be selling daily licenses with shellfish on the boat.

Clothing

We can encounter various and changing weather conditions and you need to be prepared to enjoy your fishing experience.  Dress in layers and bring waterproof outer layers.  Nothing will ruin a trip faster than being not prepared.

Food and Drink

You will need to bring lunch, snacks and drinks for the trip.  Plan on being out on the water for an extended period of time.  I love to fish and sometimes I might go over the time to put fish in the boat.  The last place I want to be is back on land.

Ice Chests

Ensure you bring a large enough ice chest or chests to transport and keep your catch cold.  Between crab and the fish species you will need a lot of room.  I would suggest at least a 120 quart cooler per day of fishing.  It is better to have and not need than to need and not have.
